How long will my order take to arrive?

To serve you better and get the best prices, your order may be shipped from one of our International suppliers. Therefore please allow 15-25 business days for your parcels to arrive.


Can I track my order?

Yes, if you need to track your order, simply send us a message and we will provide you with the tracking number.


What if I want to return an item?

It's important that you inspect your goods as soon as possible after they have been delivered. 

However, If you are not happy with an item and the item is not faulty, you must return it to us in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold) and original packaging no later than 30 business days from the day the item was received by you. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we will issue you with a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds are issued via the payment method that was used to purchase the goods.

Will my order arrive all in one parcel?

No. Since we have different suppliers and Your order will be shipped from our suppliers. If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive to you at different times and in different parcels.
